Monday Aug 15, 2011
Calico Cooper (@calicozcoop on Twitter) is an actress, choreographer, dancer, and singer who grew up in Phoenix, AZ, toured the world in her father Alice Cooper's stage show, sung on the Piggy D album "The Evacuation Plan" (the song "Chemistry" is featured in this episode), studied at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting and Theatre, and has appeared in such feature films as "Dakota Skye," "Bunny," and "Suck." She stars in the new cerebral horror movie " Thirty Proof Coil." Gene and Brodie set up shop in Calico's home with their first-ever live studio audience to discuss Magic: The Gathering, private school bullying, the holy Ladmo Bag, parkour injuries and drug-seeking behavior, Ke$ha as modern-day Janis Joplin, time machine sex tourism, and Cooper impostors and fan fiction. Brodie's childhood secrets come out, Gene reveals his science-something expertise, and Calico tears at the very fabric of reality in the shocking two-hour summer finale of The Shakeytown Radio Hour!
